Dear INCA Members: Attached is an email received regarding one of our good friends.

To Friends of Desert Edge:

Community Council member and founder of Desert Edge Community Council passed
away on May 31, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Many know Joe from his active participation and leadership on several community
organizations, such as Desert Emergency Coalition, Sky Valley Emergency Team and
more.
He was diagnosed in January with Melanoma, went through surgery, a month hospital
care, and chemo therapy with an indomitable spirit.

A Memorial Service (Mass) will be held on Tuesday June 8, 2010 at St. Elizabeths
Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. The church is located Pierson Blvd. just East of Palm
Drive in Desert Hot Springs.

Joe's wife, Diane, is checking his email: JMarshDHS@aol.com.
